Oncology & Rare Disease Products - Senior Manager (Pharmacist)

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for oncology and high-cost therapies
• Develop cost management and population health programs to enhance quality and efficiency of care
• Leverage pharmacist expertise to inform clinical strategies and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to create successful strategies for high-cost therapies
• Identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends and stakeholder needs
• Plan and deliver innovation program goals, managing risks and presenting data-driven insights
• Engage in business plan development to address evolving market demands

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing healthcare innovation products with a strong understanding of managed care dynamics
• Registered pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-growth products and budgets
• Expertise in framing complex problems and developing strategic solutions with minimal oversight
• Advanced skills in influence and relationship-building across various levels of the organization
• Experience driving collaborative work in a matrix-style environment
• Strong analytical skills for designing business plans and deriving insights from data

Pay

• $141,625 – $239,250 annually
