Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult oncology patients
- Coordinate chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
- Manage symptoms and side effects of treatments
- Monitor lab and diagnostic results to inform patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care procedures
- Support care planning from admission through discharge
- Uphold safety and infection control standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Strong clinical knowledge of oncology nursing practices
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and quality care
