About the role
The Associate Director, Oncology Key Accounts is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role involves leading and managing accounts, providing clinical expertise, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Builds trust and collaborates with key stakeholders to establish Our Company as a leader in oncology care.
- Manages and maximizes the utilization of Our Company's product portfolio to improve patient outcomes.
- Develops and executes a comprehensive account plan aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborates with local account teams to ensure contract compliance and address customer requests.
- Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in oncology or healthcare industry.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
- Strong understanding of the oncology market and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Knowledge of oncology treatments, protocols, and guidelines.
- Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
