About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Participate in promoting a healing environment through patient education and safety initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to standards of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN license (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience (preferred)
