Oncology Infusion RN
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical nursing operations for infusion and support services
- Achieve compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standards
- Develop, review, and revise clinical policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing personnel records
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage across clinics while managing labor costs
- Coordinate schedules including PTO, sick time, and overtime in alignment with labor guidelines
- Recruit, interview, and onboard nursing staff
- Serve as backup for direct patient care and infusion services as needed
- Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance metrics
- Promote best practices aligned with organizational objectives and patient care standards
- Ensure proper charge capture and coding practices, including staff education on reimbursement guidelines
- Support the creation of new services and patient-focused initiatives
- Contribute to programs that enhance patient, family, and staff experience
Required Qualifications
- Active New York RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- Experience in infusion nursing, outpatient care, or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care delivery
- Experience in infusion therapy and/or clinical research
- Familiarity with reimbursement guidelines, coding, and compliance

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $98,000.00/yr.
