Oncology Infusion Nurse - Per Diem

About the role

Care for patients in Medical Oncology/Infusion. Administration of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy & Blood Products. Must be willing to train in Radiation Oncology and physician practice as well. Float to Charge Nurse.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year of chemotherapy administration experience
• NYS Registered Nurse Licensure
• BLS Certificate required by American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year cancer care
• ONS Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy certification required or must be obtained within 3 months

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oncology experience
• ONCC Certificate
• Cerner/Power Chart EMR experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (required under NYS Education Law 6905 for RNs licensed on or after June 18, 2020)
• Prior Charge Nurse experience

Pay

$70.00 per hour
