You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for customer segments in assigned territory
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of malignant hematology and the company products
- Serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights
- Contribute to medical content strategy and align Field Medical tactics
- Deliver approved medical content and training to HCPs
- Identify potential sites for clinical trials with diverse patient populations
- Lead asset efforts and provide mentorship within the team
Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in malignant hematology
- Recognized subject matter expertise in malignant hematology
- Currently reside in AZ, UT, NV, NM, preferably near Houston
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organizational structure
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time

Pay
$230,900 – $384,800 annually
