Oncology Field Medical, Director, Hematology (MD)

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for customer segments in assigned territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of malignant hematology and the company products
• Serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights
• Contribute to medical content strategy and align Field Medical tactics
• Deliver approved medical content and training to HCPs
• Identify potential sites for clinical trials with diverse patient populations
• Lead asset efforts and provide mentorship within the team

Qualifications

• MD or DO Degree required
• 4+ years of relevant experience in malignant hematology
• Recognized subject matter expertise in malignant hematology
• Currently reside in AZ, UT, NV, NM, preferably near Houston
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organizational structure
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time

Pay

$230,900 – $384,800 annually
