Oncology Field Medical Director, Hematology (MD)

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers
• Maintain expert knowledge of malignant hematology and the company medicines
• Serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights
• Develop medical content strategy aligned with the company Medical Affairs
• Deliver approved medical content about malignant hematology
• Cultivate research expertise and familiarity with the latest data
• Manage communication with local Patient Advocacy Groups

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree required
• 4+ years of relevant experience in malignant hematology required
• Recognized subject matter expertise in malignant hematology
• Residence in Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, or AK, preferably in major cities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate excellent judgment skills

Pay

$230,900 – $384,800 annually
