Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Serve as the link between the Franchise and the Global Capability Product Team, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated, technologies are effectively developed, and newly created capabilities are adopted and deliver measurable value
- Develops activation plans to ensure effective roll out and enablement
- Affords assessments of skill gaps to ensure proper readiness and training approaches
- Continually assesses and measures success outcomes, and adjusts activation plan to meet evolving needs and adoption
- Ensures a cohesive delivery and adoption experience across the franchise
- Represents the Oncology Franchise to Global Capability Product Teams
- Pairs with product owners to accelerate discovery, roadmap planning, and solution design
- Maintains monitoring of organizational impact metrics related to Global Capability Products and delivers strategic insights to Franchise Leadership and Cx Operations Leadership
- Embeds new Global Capability Products in the ways of working across the Oncology Franchise to unlock the full power of new technology-enabled approaches
- Leads the rollout of new capabilities within the Oncology field and marketing organizations (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, website chatbot, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools)
- Drives the deployment of new CRM and other field capabilities by coordinating with Field Activators and driving change management and training for Oncology field teams across Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
- Drives adoption and effective utilization of new Global Capability Products by shaping mindset shifts, influencing behavioral change, and ensuring measurable business impact across the Oncology Franchise
- Adapts processes, drives training and communications, and evolves ways of working within Oncology Franchise to embed new business capabilities in daily work
- Makes solutions intuitive and usable so employees can deliver better customer experiences and stronger business outcomes
- Catalyzes and supports Omnichannel Orchestration execution—including planning, alignment, and impact measurement—in close collaboration with BOA stakeholders, enabling seamless integration of Personal and Non-Personal customer engagement
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in marketing and/or field roles strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and design
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of CRM (sales/service/marketing) and adjacent platforms (journey orchestration, marketing automation, digital engagement)
- Experience in driving process changes, introducing new ways of working, etc. to fully unlock the benefits of a new capability
- Experience running pilots, defining success criteria, and driving change management for enterprise rollouts
- Strong collaboration and cross functional leadership
- Strong experience is leading and influencing without authority
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 10 years’ minimum work experience required in Marketing, Omnichannel or Activation roles
- Proven ability to lead activation initiatives, translate strategy into execution and drive measurable outcomes
- Understanding of Product Operating Model and agile methods
- Formal training or hands-on experience in organizational change management
- Proficiency in analyzing adoption, utilization, and performance data to derive insights and inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate complex capability concepts into simple, compelling narratives tailored to field and leadership audiences
Working Requirements
- 20-25% travel will be required
