You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities
- Lead the management of oncology utilization management (UM) vendor, ensuring strategic alignment and performance oversight
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for optimal care delivery
- Analyze vendor performance to drive improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular performance discussions with vendor leadership to ensure accountability
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards in oncology
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve outcomes
- Lead complex initiatives to enhance oncology UM program efficiency
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 7+ years in vendor management, program management, or clinical operations
- 3-5 years of oncology experience in case management or utilization management
- Strong ability in clinical guideline application and medical policy enforcement
- Experience reviewing oncology treatment plans for compliance
- Proven skills in managing complex programs and achieving performance outcomes
- Advanced analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools

Pay
$115,200 – $158,400 annually
