Oncology Program Lead

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Lead the management of oncology utilization management (UM) vendor, ensuring strategic alignment and performance oversight
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for optimal care delivery
• Analyze vendor performance to drive improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular performance discussions with vendor leadership to ensure accountability
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards in oncology
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve outcomes
• Lead complex initiatives to enhance oncology UM program efficiency

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 7+ years in vendor management, program management, or clinical operations
• 3-5 years of oncology experience in case management or utilization management
• Strong ability in clinical guideline application and medical policy enforcement
• Experience reviewing oncology treatment plans for compliance
• Proven skills in managing complex programs and achieving performance outcomes
• Advanced analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually
