About the role
We are seeking an Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the training, development, and onboarding experience for new team members. The ideal candidate will guide employees through their transition into the company, deliver engaging and effective training, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve our systems and processes.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
