Onboarding Support Coordinator

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Job Title: Onboarding Support Coordinator Remote: Must sit within 1 hour of Austin, TX Job Description paragraph: The Onboarding Support Coordinator plays a key role... (we can put under About the role or maybe a summary). The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications but we can combine. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to see if there is content for each. - About the role: we have description paragraph. So we can put that. - Responsibilities: list of duties bullet points. - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: we have Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements or Skills. We need to decide. The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to include sections only if there is real content. We have both Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications. We could make a Skills section (or Requirements) containing those bullet points. - Benefits: there is a Benefits list under Pay And Benefits. So we need Benefits section. - Pay: there is pay range $26.50 - $26.50/hr (same). So we need Pay section. - Schedule: there is Work Environment describing hybrid work environment with structured four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts, schedules Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, with two primary shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST and 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. CST. So we need Schedule section. - Also maybe Work Environment could be separate but not required. - Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Also mention remote must sit within 1 hour of Austin, TX. This could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section like Job Details but not required. We can incorporate location into About the role or maybe a short paragraph. Since we must not repeat job title, we can include location in About the role. - Application Deadline: This is anticipated to close on Sep 29, 2026. This is metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short p for Application Deadline maybe under About the role or separate small p. But we should not create a heading for it. So we can include a

with that info. - Also there is "Work Environment" paragraph describing hybrid work environment etc. That's schedule info; we already have schedule. Could also include work environment details in schedule section. - There's also "Job Type & Location" paragraph: This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Also mention remote must sit within 1 hour of Austin, TX. Could be included in About the role. - There's also "About Aston Carter" etc. That's boilerplate about company; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Aston Carter" is likely considered boilerplate? It's describing the company, not the job. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It doesn't explicitly say to remove company description, but it's likely considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "About Aston Carter" is not those categories, but it's still generic company info. However, we are to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Aston Carter" is substantive about the employer, but maybe not needed for the job posting? The instruction didn't say to remove company description. However typical job posting reformatting often includes company description as "About the company" but not required. The instruction only lists specific headings to use; we could include an "About the company" section but not in the list. Since they didn't give that as an allowed heading, we should avoid creating extra headings not listed. So we should omit the About Aston Carter paragraph. Also the sections about "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)" etc are legal/boilerplate; remove. Also "San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance", "Massachusetts Lie Detector", etc are legal; remove. Also "If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation..." is accommodation request; could be considered boilerplate; remove. Also "Application Deadline" we said we can include as short p. Also "Job Type & Location" we can incorporate. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We omitted the "Work Environment" paragraph details but we incorporated schedule. The "Work Environment" also mentioned "You work with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and other lead tracking systems in a professional, goal-oriented setting focused on supporting small business partners in the community. The role is highly likely to be extended up to a two-year limit, with potential to transition into a long-term program that includes outbound sales responsibilities and commission opportunities, offering room for growth and ongoing career development". That's substantive info about role extension and growth. Should we include that? It's not covered in other sections. Could be added to About the role or maybe a separate section like "Additional details". But we only allowed headings from list; we could add to About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate that info into About the role. Also the "Job Type & Location" paragraph: "This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX." Already we included contract and location. Also "The role is highly likely to be extended up to a two-year limit..." we can add. Let's rewrite About the role to include all that. Also we need to preserve "Must sit within 1 hour of Austin, TX" remote requirement. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "The Onboarding Support Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming and guiding prospective delivery partners through the onboarding process. In this role, you engage interested small businesses, manage and prioritize incoming leads, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the application and vetting stages. You provide clear, helpful guidance at every step, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to becoming an active delivery partner while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet all program requirements and deadlines. This is a contract position based out of Austin, TX; you must be located within 1 hour of Austin, TX and work remotely. The role is highly likely to be extended up to a two-year limit, with potential to transition into a long-term program that includes outbound sales responsibilities and commission opportunities, offering room for growth and ongoing career development." Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate any content elsewhere. Responsibilities list is fine. Skills list includes essential and additional. Benefits list we have. Pay: we have. Schedule: we have. Application deadline: we have short p. Now check for any leftover substantive info not captured: "You work with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and other lead tracking systems in a professional, goal-oriented setting focused on supporting small business partners
