Support Coordinator

About the role

Support the organization’s mission by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and route correspondence and requests according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Pay
