About the role
Support the organization’s mission by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and route correspondence and requests according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Pay
