About the role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into their roles. This includes coordinating onboarding processes, providing support to new hires, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
- Provide support to new hires during their first weeks
- Maintain accurate records of new employee information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
