Responsibilities
- Ensures safety is a condition and enforces all safety directives.
- Onboards new hires by tracking and supporting them through orientation and the first 45-60 days of employment.
- Trains new hires on the production floor using hands-on techniques and makes recommendations to the Onboarding Supervisor regarding individual training needs.
- Evaluates and administers the Onboarding Training Program in accordance with guidelines.
- Collaborates with Human Resources and Operations to ensure new hires receive necessary training for success.
- Maintains positive relationships among new hires, peers, and leaders.
- Participates in Human Resources and company committees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous training experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments, stand for long periods, and perform various tasks.
- Proficiency in English, with bilingualism being a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas and foster teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a plant/industrial environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
