Responsibilities

  • Ensures safety is a condition and enforces all safety directives.
  • Onboards new hires by tracking and supporting them through orientation and the first 45-60 days of employment.
  • Trains new hires on the production floor using hands-on techniques and makes recommendations to the Onboarding Supervisor regarding individual training needs.
  • Evaluates and administers the Onboarding Training Program in accordance with guidelines.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources and Operations to ensure new hires receive necessary training for success.
  • Maintains positive relationships among new hires, peers, and leaders.
  • Participates in Human Resources and company committees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous training experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments, stand for long periods, and perform various tasks.
  • Proficiency in English, with bilingualism being a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas and foster teamwork.
  • Willingness to work in a plant/industrial environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
