Position Overview
Riverside Research’s Integrated Commercial Solutions group is seeking a Data Integrator to lead the end-to-end evaluation, onboarding, and integration of commercial imagery and data into the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new products and suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are accurately collected and integrated
- Utilize Python to develop scripts and automate processes related to supplier data ingestion and management
- Cook up with a team of imagery analysts and scientists who perform independent verification and validation of commercial imagery, data, analytics, and related vendor products
- Apply your experience with remote sensing systems and EO/SAR imagery to ensure the correct processing and interpretation of supplier-provided data
- Serve AWS resources, including S3 buckets, to store and process supplier data securely and efficiently
- Develop and maintain schemas for files to standardize data formats and ensure consistency across various systems and cloud enclaves

- Work closely with NGA stakeholders and internal teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to ensure smooth supplier integration and be able to address any challenges promptly
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the onboarding process, technical procedures, and supplier interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field; a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, a PhD with 3 years’ experience required
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with AWS cloud processing and S3 storage
- Experience with EO/SAR imagery processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, even under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor others and lead technical projects and deliverables within a collaborative and cross-functional environment
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. degree
- Project or Program Management certifications and experience
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Associate Certification
- Familiarity with additional AWS services (e.g., Lambda EC2, RDS)
- Experience with advanced algorithm design and implementation in the areas of commercial remote sensing, data processing, and analytics extraction
- Familiarity with the current state-of-the-art in computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and multi-int fusion as applied to GEOINT data and remote sensing sources

$113,000 - $170,000
