Base pay range $21.50/hr - $25.00/hr ShiftMed is looking for a dedicated, Onboarding Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM (on-site every other Monday only) to support our partnership with Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This role owns the day-to-day, on-the-ground administrative work that keeps clinicians oriented, compliant, and set up for success on site at the Cooper Center, while also managing the account-level data updates that keep the partnership running smoothly. News, Fortune, and Skilled Nursing News ShiftMed: Setting a New Standard A large and growing network of healthcare professionals nationwide on our appHundreds of thousands of hours of care delivered to patients nationwideContinued strong year-over-year growth as one of the fastest-growing platforms in healthtech About Your Role Orientation Ownership Facilitate the orientation day from start to finish on site at the Cooper CenterSet expectations for clinicians as representatives of ShiftMedAnswer one-off clinician questions in real timeAssist with clock-in and clock-out proceduresCoordinate the scheduling of buddy shiftsCollect clinician referrals while on siteConfirm LMS (Learning Management System) completion before clinicians leave orientationOn site every other Monday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM MST; remote the rest of the time Compliance Monitoring Monitor learning module completion status for all active cliniciansTrack Presbyterian-specific learning module requirementsMonitor yearly certification and credentialing requirements and deadlinesField clinician questions related to certifications and credentialsFlag upcoming expirations early enough to resolve them before they become compliance gaps Manual Account Updates Rate updatesContact updatesShift structure updates Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, compliance, or clinical operations preferredComfortable working on site at a healthcare facility and interacting with clinicians once every two weeks for orientationStrong attention to detail, especially around certifications, expirations, and account data accuracyClear, professional communication style; comfortable answering clinician questions in the momentOrganized and self-directed; able to track multiple recurring deadlines without close supervision What You'll Love Competitive hourly rate of $21.50-$25.00 per hourComprehensive health insurance offeringsGenerous PTO401(k) with company match – up to 3% and eligibility is 1-year of service and 1,000 hours workedCompany-sponsored life insurance and short-term disabilityCompany-provided laptopTremendous growth opportunities to be with a thriving young company disrupting the HealthTech space When you join our company, you're not just accepting a job.
