Responsibilities
Included but not limited to:
- Operates computer to accurately open accounts, new loans, access account information, and generally update member account information.
- Actively markets and cross-sells current and new products and services of the credit union and attempts to educate members on the benefits and features of new, as well as existing services.
- Follows up referral leads by contacting members and working a consistent pipeline daily to generate new business for the Credit Union.
- Affords support to the loan department for online member/non-member loan application approvals to improve turnaround time for loan production and closing.
- Participates in call back nights. Contacts members for loan closing, negative shares, marketing campaign, or other credit union related matters as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical abilities
- Highly motivated, goal oriented
- Excellent member service skills
- Good communicator
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outbound sales calling experience
- FICEP Certification
- Notary Public
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
