OnBase Developer

The position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. They are seeking an OnBase Developer based in the United States. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise content management solutions.

• Build customized OnBase solutions, automate workflows, and support technology initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

• Translate business needs into scalable applications and process improvements.

• Optimize systems, improve user experiences, and support continuous improvement through automation and modern development practices.

Accountabilities include:

• Design and develop customized OnBase solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Create and maintain OnBase Unity scripts and APIs to extend functionality and automate processes.

• Configure and optimize OnBase modules, including Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms, to improve business processes and productivity.

• Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Communicate project updates, system performance insights, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure reliable application performance.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of OnBase configurations, workflows, customizations, and technical processes.

• Identify opportunities for automation, enhancements, and continuous improvement across enterprise content management solutions.

• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining scalability, security, and performance.

• Deliver technology projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements include:

• Experience building enterprise content management solutions.

• Experience with .NET scripting languages, preferably C# and SQL.

• Experience with OnBase Certified System Administrator and Certified Hyland Developer Specialist certifications.

• Strong understanding of OnBase architecture, modules, configurations, and development practices.

• Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems.

• Familiarity with OnBase WorkView administration.

• Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques, including Web Services, Webhooks, and REST APIs.

• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
