Qualifications
- K-12 Teacher Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related content area
- Valid Missouri Teacher Certification
- Demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Special Education Teacher Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related content area
- K-12 Cross Categorical/Mid Mod certification
- Demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Long-Term Substitute Requirements:
- 60 college credits (preferred)
- Missouri Substitute Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience substituting or working with the youth
- Demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
