Area Leasing Consultant I
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $25.65 ($53,352 annually). Full range: $25.65 – $32.06 per hour based on experience, tenure, and location.
Average monthly bonus potential: $1,000 – $1,500 ($12,000 – $18,000 annually). Quarterly rewards for sales excellence:
- Gold Elite (Top 50%): $1,000 per quarter
- Platinum Elite (Top 25%): $2,000 per quarter
- Premiere League (Top 5%): $3,000 per quarter
Total annual compensation potential:
- $65,352 ($53,352 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $84,684 ($66,684 base + $18,000 bonus)

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $27.03 – $33.78 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual starting compensation: $56,222 – $70,262.
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday schedule. On-call rotation once every 6 weeks when fully staffed; shared with The Marston.
