Pay
Hourly: $25.65 – $32.06, depending on experience, tenure, and location.
Annual base: $53,352 – $66,684.
Bonus: average monthly bonus $1,000 – $1,500 (annual $12,000 – $18,000) based on performance.
Quarterly rewards for sales excellence:
- Gold Elite (Top 50%) – $1,000/qtr
- Platinum Elite (Top 25%) – $2,000/qtr
- Premiere League (Top 5%) – $3,000/qtr
Total annual compensation potential: $65,352 – $84,684.

Mid-rise apartment community with 263 units.
Schedule
Monday – Friday; weekends as needed. On-call once every 4 weeks (shared with Windsor Mission Bay).
Pay
Hourly: $36.92 – $46.16, depending on experience, tenure, and location.
Annual base: $72,793 – $96,012.
Bonus: 10% annual bonus potential.
Total annual compensation potential: $84,472 – $105,613.

Monday – Friday; weekends as needed. On-call once every 4 weeks when fully staffed.
