Position Summary
The On-Site Store Lead fills orders to customer satisfaction and communicates needs to the Sales Department.
General Purpose
Provides excellent customer service at the Customer counter for optimal sales.

- Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol test
Position Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service with all walk-in and phone-in orders and requests
- Scan and load order into computer system
- Close and secure building at end of each workday
- Build positive customer relationships
- Fulfill all customer needs by pulling products from warehouse as needed
- Prepare, build, and expedite sales orders
- Abside by specific customer contract agreements
- Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicate changes with the related departments
- Cook on-call as needed
- Perform other related duties as required

Physical Demands And Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time; bend; use hands to finger, keyboard use, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb up and down ladder; talk or hear.
- Speak on phone using voice and phone system.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather climate.
