About the role

We're hiring a part-time On-Site Service Specialist in the Dayton, OH area. The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence. This includes supporting the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations, assisting with customer training, and performing activities related to customer inventory management. The role requires adaptability to work in various customer environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
  • Implement territory work related to customer inventory projects.
  • Perform data collection at the customer's site to ensure accurate information for the KeepStock implementation process.
  • Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing product at their site.
  • Cover PTO and handle route-based responsibilities and activities as needed.
  • Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical skills and experience solving problems.
  • Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions.
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license in State of residence.
  • Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Pay

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this hourly position is $21.54 to $26.93 per hour. Individual base pay will depend on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The range is subject to change, and compensation may be higher or lower than the stated range.
