We are seeking a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in various outdoor environments. The role involves working with hand tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing services at customer premises
• Providing technical support and education to customers

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Effective communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and endure outdoor conditions
