On-Site Project Manager
The Opportunity
When a family's home suffers major disaster damage, they face immense stress. Our mission is simple: rebuild their home quickly, professionally, and better than before. As we scale, our biggest operational priority is keeping every active job site running flawlessly, subs on schedule, and materials staged correctly. We are hiring an On-Site Project Manager to serve as our eyes, ears, and hands on the ground. This is a highly active field leadership role for a decisive operator who loves working on-site, solving structural problems in real time, and maintaining elite communication.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction field supervision or restoration project management.
- Proven track record of holding trades and subcontractors accountable to tight construction schedules in person.
- Demonstrated capability to manage site logistics, safety hazards, and material staging across multiple concurrent locations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for navigating sensitive client relations and tough field conversations.
- Highly proficient in utilizing mobile documentation tools to capture real-time site photos and progress notes.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience managing residential disaster restoration or insurance-backed reconstruction projects.
- Specialized knowledge of residential building codes, structural framing, and interior finish standards.
- Experience developing field-level quality assurance checklists to minimize post-project punch lists.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Inspect active residential job sites regularly to monitor progress, enforce quality controls, and verify workmanship standards.
- Supervise subcontractors directly in the field, ensuring they arrive on schedule and execute work according to plan.
- Manage on-site material logistics, verifying that deliveries match orders and staging supplies to eliminate subcontractor downtime.
- Address client questions face-to-face, providing an empathetic, professional point of contact during a stressful property disruption.
- Report field progress, milestone completions, and subcontractor performance metrics back to the central office daily.
- Lead final client punch walks, negotiating closeout items professionally while keeping projects strictly within scope.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with performance incentives tied directly to on-time, issue-free job sites.
- Comprehensive Health and Wellness benefits.
- Roth 401(k) with company match.
- Dedicated career development support and pathways into Senior Project Management roles.
