Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer point of contact.
- Manage overall contract performance, staffing, and quality across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with the performance work statement, quality plan, and schedule.
- Lead transition-in and full-rate performance; resolve performance issues.
- Provide reporting, serve as the escalation POC, and oversee site leads.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of program/contract management, including multi-site services contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership of a large (80+ person) workforce.
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in management/logistics.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Prior USMC/SOF logistics services contract management experience.
