The role of On-Site Program Manager / Contractor Lead involves overseeing project execution, managing team dynamics, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution from start to finish
- Manage and motivate a team of contractors and vendors
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and present project status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or contractor leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
