The role of On-Site Program Manager / Contractor Lead involves overseeing project execution, managing team dynamics, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from start to finish
• Manage and motivate a team of contractors and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or contractor leadership

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with contract negotiation and management
