Required qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, events, or veterinary/clinic operations background (2+ years preferred)
- Physically able to be on their feet for 10+ hour course days, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform light cleaning
- Strong organization, time management, and ability to juggle parallel tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with nonstandard hours during course weeks
- Working proficiency with email, Google/Microsoft suite, and basic spreadsheets; able to learn Keap, Formsite, Thinkific, and similar tools as needed
- Clean driving record and access to a vehicle for supply runs and occasional errands
- Professional, warm presence with adult students and credentialed instructors
- Available to work weekend shifts
Preferred qualifications
- Background in veterinary medicine, animal sciences, dog training, or canine rehabilitation (helpful for Dog Professor handling and program credibility, not required)
- Prior experience coordinating multiday events, conferences, or continuing education courses
- Experience booking travel and managing vendor relationships (caterers, print shops, hotels)
