The On-Site Manager maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that will nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and employees. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all services meet or exceed contract expectations
• Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors to ensure operational excellence
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors as business needs require
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring contract compliance and service quality
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and solutions
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and supply needs across assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation, quality reports, and operational records using CRM and company systems
• Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and account performance while maintaining profitability
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit client locations, conduct inspections, and support field operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• 1+ years of Management Experience
• Driver's License in Good Standing
