We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Introduction (maybe "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Introduction, Position Summary, Essential Duties And Responsibilities (multiple subcategories), Requirements (Knowledge Skills and Experience, Education and Certification), Schedule and Work Environment, Compensation, Language Skills, Work Environment (duplicate?), Salary Description (duplicate of compensation). Also there is "Job Type Full-time" but we shouldn't repeat job title. Also we need to remove boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" for introduction/position summary? Could combine introduction and position summary into a prose

. Then "Responsibilities" for essential duties. Then "Requirements" for knowledge/skills/experience and education/certification. Then "Schedule" for schedule and work environment. Then "Pay" for compensation/salary. Possibly "Skills" separate? But we can include skills within requirements. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have sections: About the role (intro+position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule, Pay. Possibly also "Skills" but we can embed within Requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have "Up to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, certification, portfolio responsibilities, and the onsite requirements of the assignment." That's specific enough. So we can include Pay. Schedule: we have "Full-time, Monday through Friday, with evening Board and committee meetings as needed. On-site presence is required a minimum of three days per week and may increase to full-time on-site based on community needs. The position may require on-call availability for urgent community matters." That's specific. We also have "Work Environment" repeated: "The work environment includes a professional office setting and regular work throughout the community." and later "The work environment is a typical office building." We can combine into prose. Language Skills: "The individual must have strong written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing." That's a skill; could be part of Requirements or Skills section. Since we have Requirements already, we can include language skills there. We need to preserve all substantive info: So we must include details from Introduction, Position Summary, each duty bullet, each requirement bullet, education, certification, schedule, compensation, language skills, work environment. We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to format duties as lists. The duties have subheadings: Board Governance and Community Relations, Operations and Onsite Leadership, Financial and Insurance Oversight, Vendor Contracts and Projects, Portfolio and Administrative Management. We could either keep those as subheadings within Responsibilities (maybe

    but not allowed? Only

for section headings. We could keep them as or just as part of list items? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Probably we should keep subheadings as

    or just bold text within
  • . Safer to keep them as plain text within list items. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    Then Pay:

    Pay

Up to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, certification, portfolio responsibilities, and the onsite requirements of the assignment.

We might also include Work Environment but we already covered in Schedule? Actually work environment details: "The work environment includes a professional office setting and regular work throughout the community." and later "The work environment is a typical office building." Could add a short paragraph under Schedule or separate section? Since we already have Schedule, we could add a Work Environment section but instruction says prefer few substantive sections. We could incorporate work environment into Schedule paragraph. Let's add to Schedule paragraph: "The work environment includes a professional office setting and regular work throughout the community; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." But we must not include boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." That's actually from EEO section? It appears in Schedule and Work Environment sections; it's not boilerplate? It's a standard accommodation statement but it's part of the posting. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The accommodation statement might be considered EEO/legal boilerplate. Better to omit it. So we can just include the work environment description without the accommodation sentence. Thus Schedule paragraph: "Full-time, Monday through Friday, with evening Board and committee meetings as needed. On-site presence is required a minimum of three days per week and may increase to full-time on-site based on community needs. The position may
