Responsibilities

• Greet customers and complete rental information
• Provide optional sales items and assist with vehicle issues
• Maintain location security and monitor vehicles exiting the lot
• Log and release vehicles during system outages or unavailability
• Affordability: Up to 40% off standard Hertz rental rates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and security experience
• Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain customer relations
• Good organizational skills and ability to write clearly
• Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
• Knowledge of car rental products and effective sales techniques
