On-Site Events Assistant (Recreation Aide) - (Part-Time)

About the role

The Nature & Retreat Center is Plano’s Hidden Gem for Weddings & Events. We are currently looking for someone upbeat and people focused to join our team!

This position will have the opportunity to work with our clients on the day of their Wedding, Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Gala, Meeting and more!

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on the day of their event
• Ensure clients have a flawless event experience
• Set up and cleanup for each event
• Comfortable moving lightweight banquet equipment
• Complete standard cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, etc.

Requirements

• Upbeat and people-focused personality
• Experience in special events or a passion for serving people on important days
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

Pay

Minimum $14.039097 Maximum $19.654736 Hourly Salary Range

Schedule

This role will be scheduled to be onsite during special events primarily on nights and weekends.
