On-Site Events Assistant (Recreation Aide)

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and execution
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Support event staff during weddings, parties, meetings, and other special events
• Ensure event spaces are prepared and maintained according to client needs
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange event equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
