Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide daily onsite support, including preventive and corrective maintenance of products.
- Troubleshooting: Apply structured troubleshooting across mechanical (alignment, bearings), electronic (schematics, sensors), and pneumatic (valves, leak checks) domains.
- System Integration: Manage hardware upgrades, add-on installations, and execute firmware updates.
- Ticketing & Inventory: Manage Salesforce ticketing and maintain optimal spare parts stock levels (onsite and offsite).
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with laboratory personnel, informing managers of system needs and repair timelines.
- Remote Support: Provide Technical Hotline phone support from home when not required onsite.
- Stakeholders: Internal (R&D, IT, Team Leader); External (Lab Managers, ICT, Technicians).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Associate degree of Applied Science - Electronics. Military training or considerable equivalent experience will be highly considered.
- Experience: More than 3 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 2 years in a similar specialist or senior position.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in blueprint reading, assembly/disassembly, and precision measurement (calipers, torque tools).- Strong understanding of electronic schematics, multimeter use, and PLC I/O basics. Experience with pneumatic circuit diagrams, FRL setup, and valve/cylinder maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Solid focus on results, collaboration, and teamwork, with the ability to work under stress.
- Language: Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
