Responsibilities
- Conduct document review and analysis
- Perform legal research and draft memoranda
- Aid with discovery-related tasks
- Potentially defend depositions (for candidates with relevant experience)
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York State
- Federal court admission (SDNY or EDNY) is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in litigation, document review, and discovery preferred
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work onsite in New York City
