CONTRACT Attorney

Responsibilities

• Prepare written work product related to a litigation enforcement matter
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis
• Partner with team members to develop collection and enforcement approaches for third-party discovery
• Review documents for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege considerations
• Ensure all work complies with applicable legal and ethical requirements
• Manage review assignments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active attorney license in good standing
• Several years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents while maintaining consistency and quality

Preferred

• Experience reviewing accounting, financial, or related business records
• Experience reviewing foreign-language documents, particularly Spanish-language materials
