On-Site Audio-Visual Field Specialist

CTI has been a leading audiovisual provider since 1988, with a mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. We are seeking an On-Site Audio Visual Field Specialist to provide services for one of our clients in Memphis, TN. This role requires someone passionate about AV technology who can think outside the box while adhering to Enterprise AV standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
• Perform final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems
• Support on-site and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for corporate clients
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service
• Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry and AV/IT networking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance but know when to ask for help
• Customer service experience (a must, as our customers are our top priority)
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to tackle any situation

An associate's degree is preferred but not required; we consider your experience and what you bring to the table.
