Audio Visual Field Specialist

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services
- Education: An associates degree is preferred, but not required
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
- AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must!
