- Ensures the safety of guests and team members during adventures
- Responsible for the over cleanliness of the facility
- Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
- Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
- On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situations
- Additional duties may be assigned
