We're currently looking to add a Sales Consultant to our On-Premise Team in the Asheville, NC Market. The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Johnson Brothers-Mutual Distributing’s products to restaurants, bars, and specialty stores within a specific area or major geographical region. Job Description: Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective mannerPrepare accurate quotes for customers; submit accurate and timely orders for customersFacilitate resolution of customer service issuesMaintain and develop new distribution in off-premise accountsAchieve monthly program incentives, sales volume and distribution goalsGrow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolioEffectively manage and maximize customer potentials in assigned territoryProvide value-added services to maximize salesMaintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations Job Requirements: High School degree required; additional education preferred2-5 years industry experience in on-premise sales strongly preferredStrong oral communication and presentation skillsKnowledgeable of wholesale beverage industry, Fine Dining accounts and salesKnowledgeable of wine varietal and regionClean driving record requiredMust be able to lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedlyOccasional night/ weekend work requiredCSW or WSET preferredMust pass criminal background and MVR Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
