About the role
Join our team as an On Premise Account Manager in River Falls. We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Regularly update management on customer status and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
