Responsibilities
- Drive growth in the On-Premise Drink Market in St. Cloud
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize sales potential
- Ensure customer satisfaction through superior sales results
- Create and implement training sessions and incentive programs to motivate and empower employees
- Enhance relationships and strengthen the brand image across the board
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, ideally within the beverage industry
- A strong understanding of industry products and trends
- Exceptional oral communication skills for negotiating, problem-solving, and delivering impactful presentations
- The ability to actively listen to and address customer and employee concerns
- A valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record in compliance with our Vehicle Safety Policy
