About the Role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local businesses, ensuring our products are delivered with excellence and a smile. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive positive outcomes for your assigned market, all while partnering seamlessly with support functions to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Service and expand the On-Premise Drink Market to its fullest potential
  • Integrate innovative products and cutting-edge equipment
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive positive outcomes for your assigned market
  • Partner seamlessly with support functions to exceed customer expectations
  • Assist in facilitating training sessions designed to empower employees in the on-premise sector
  • Create and manage incentive programs tailored to specific sales initiatives
  • Stay ahead of competitive policies and promotions

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in developing effective marketing strategies
  • A solid understanding of the beverage industry and its products
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • The ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and actively listen to both customer and employee concerns
  • A strong ability to make impactful presentations
  • A valid class D driver's license
  • A satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check in accordance with our Vehicle Safety Policy
