- Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to inform HR strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and management levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications

- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
