On-call Youth Crisis Worker (Weeknight Availability Needed)
Job Details
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least two years of college coursework in Social Work or a related field, OR
- Two years of experience working with youth and families, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
(All candidates must have at least high school diploma/GED.)
Availability to respond in-person to after-hours crisis calls (within 60-90 minutes depending on location).
Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
Excellent skills at communicating effectively and empathically, even in a high-conflict situation.
Compensation
Hourly: Range is between $20-22/hr.

The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.

Job Details
Part-time, after-hours, on-call; weeknight shifts are 5pm-9am, weekend and holidays shifts are 24 hours 9am-9am.
