On Call / Substitute Injury Prevention Professional (Hourly)

• Help prevent workplace injuries through proactive programming and education
• Support employee health, wellness, and physical conditioning initiatives
• Deliver personalized guidance to improve movement, safety, and performance
• Educate employees on injury prevention best practices and healthy habits
• Partner with employees and leadership to foster a culture of well-being
• Make a meaningful difference in the health and quality of life of those you serve

Responsibilities

• Supports the creation and implementation of programs focused on the prevention of work injuries, physical conditioning, and employee education and wellness.
• Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
• Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and document appropriate program data to support the ROI process.
• Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
• Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Personal Training certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NETA or NSCA a plus.
• First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red
