Physical Therapist - Hourly

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Administer and supervise therapy modalities
• Incorporate patient and family education into care
• Document all treatments and assessments accurately
• Provide quality care aligned with core values of compassion, accountability, collaboration, foresight, and joy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program
• Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Qualifications

Clinical experience, specialization training, and certification are beneficial.
