We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: About Children’s Minnesota (company overview), Department Overview, Position Summary, Physical Demands (link), Salary info, Benefits info, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe corresponds to Position Summary?), Responsibilities (maybe from Position Summary), Requirements (education, licensure, BLS, pediatric experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, fringe benefits, shift differentials), Pay (salary range info), Schedule (maybe not explicit; there is mention of weekend rotation, but not schedule specifics). We should only include sections if there is real content. Let's extract content: Company overview: About Children’s Minnesota paragraph. Department Overview: description of PM&R services. Position Summary: responsibilities list. Physical Demands: link. Salary: description of posted salary representing market competitive range, annual salaries based on full-time, prorated for part-time, factors considered. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, other fringe benefits; shift differentials/premium pay for night/weekend/on-call. Schedule: mention of weekend rotation once every four weeks for those who complete inpatient training; also system casual PT position may offer full-time hours and can lead to core role; also need coverage for staff leaves across multiple locations. Could infer schedule info but not explicit like "full-time" etc. Might be enough to include Schedule section with that info. Requirements: Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from accredited PT program; Minnesota state licensure; temporary MN licensure accepted if proof of passing board exam; BLS certification; pediatric experience preferred. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements; but we could combine. Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe "provides patient/family/caregivers, staff, and student training; provides a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction." Those are responsibilities/skills. Could treat as Skills. But we must not invent. We'll include sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary), Responsibilities (maybe from Position Summary), Requirements, Qualifications (maybe duplicate? Better to have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content differs). Could treat Requirements as education/licensure, Qualifications as experience/preferred. Skills as abilities. Let's map: - About the role: maybe a brief summary of the role: "Responsible for the evaluation and provision of physical therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including provider orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff, and student training; provide a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction." That's more responsibilities. But we can still put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: maybe same content; but we need to avoid duplication. Could split: About the role = overview; Responsibilities = detailed list. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine into fewer sections: About the role (includes overview and responsibilities), Requirements (education/licensure), Qualifications (experience/preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include sections with placeholder text. All sections we include must have real content. Let's craft:

About the role

Responsible for the evaluation and provision of physical therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including provider orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff, and student training; provides a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction. All duties are performed within Children's MN Standards of Behavior. This system casual PT position may offer full-time hours and can lead to a core role as opportunities arise. The position provides the opportunity to work at various outpatient rehab locations based on the candidate’s interests and may include inpatient training. Employees who complete inpatient training are expected to participate in the weekend rotation once every four weeks. We are particularly seeking candidates who can reliably provide coverage for staff leaves across multiple locations.

That covers position summary and some schedule info.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Minnesota state licensure (temporary Minnesota state licensure accepted if accompanied by proof of passing physical therapy board examination).
  • BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide coverage for staff leaves across multiple locations (mentioned earlier).
But the second bullet is more of a requirement; maybe we keep it under Requirements. However we already have coverage mention in About the role. Could keep Qualifications as pediatric experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
  • Shift differentials or premium pay for positions requiring night, weekend, or on-call work.

Pay

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we consider a wide range of factors including market indicators for the specific role, the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials and experience, internal equity and organizational needs.

Schedule

System casual PT position may offer full-time hours and can lead to a core role as opportunities arise. Employees who complete inpatient training are expected to participate in the weekend rotation once every four weeks.

We also need to include Department Overview and About Children’s Minnesota? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't forbid other headings, but we should stick to those. However we have substantive content about company overview and department overview. Should we include them? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could we embed company overview in About the role? Possibly not appropriate. But we could add an

About Children’s Minnesota

but that's not in the allowed list. The list is examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we could use other headings if needed. However to be safe, we could incorporate that info into About the role section as a brief intro. But we might lose some substantive info. The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we must keep company overview and department overview. We could add a section like

About Children’s Minnesota

and

Department Overview

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. So we can add those. Thus final HTML will have sections: - About Children’s Minnesota - Department Overview - About the role (or Position Summary) - Requirements - Qualifications - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We must not include sections like Responsibilities if we already covered in About the role. But we could keep About the role as summary and Responsibilities as detailed list. However to avoid many thin sections, we can merge. Let's craft final HTML:
