On-Call Server | The Lodge at St. Edward Park

About the role

The Lodge at St Edward Fine wine. Delicious food. Bring beautiful spaces to life and watch your attention to detail delight guests. You are responsible for creating unmatched experiences by engaging guests, navigating menu offerings, capitalizing on upselling opportunities and delivering an unrivaled service experience. You are a vital to creating a successful dining experience for each guest.

Responsibilities

• Create orders and serve food and beverage items according to established standards
• Enter orders into the Point of Sale system and communicate special requests to the culinary team
• Assemble food items, ensuring attractive and consistent presentation
• Maintain proper temperatures for food and beverage items
• Stay updated on menu offerings and handle sold-out items
• Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a similar restaurant environment
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Qualifications
